Government Contracting, Simplified — by JENA Tech & AI

Win More
Government Contracts
Without a Proposal Team.

AwardDesk finds the bids that fit your company every morning, researches what the government paid last time, drafts the proposal and tracks every deadline. You approve from your phone.

  • Nothing submitted without your OK
  • Federal + Texas bids
  • Private workspace per company

Built by a contractor, for contractors

AwardDesk was built by JENA Tech and Sport Consulting LLC, a minority-owned small business in Katy, Texas, to run its own government bids. Every step on this page is the workflow it uses on real solicitations.

How It Works

From solicitation to submission, in four steps.

The busywork runs every morning. The decisions stay with you.

  1. 01

    We search every morning

SAM.gov and Texas state portals, plus the bid invitations that land in your inbox, matched to your NAICS codes.

  2. 02

Every match gets a fit score

A 1–10 score for NAICS fit, set-aside eligibility, value, location, deadline and past performance. Weak fits are logged and skipped.

  3. 03

    Priced from real past awards

Before drafting, we look up the incumbent and what the government actually paid on USASpending.gov, then price to win.

  4. 04

You approve. Nothing goes out without you.

Proposal drafts, contracting-officer questions and follow-ups wait for one tap on Approve, from your phone.

Features

Everything a one-person bid team needs.

One place for every opportunity, with nothing to install.

Proposal drafts that follow the PWS

Technical, past performance and price volumes written in the agency's own language, addressing every evaluation factor.

Deadlines you can't miss

Anything due in the next 7 days is flagged. Q&A cut-offs and site visits are tracked next to the due date.

Built for your phone

See the whole pipeline, open solicitation documents and approve the next step from anywhere.

One tracker, exportable

Contracting officer, incumbent, prior award, your bid and the follow-up log for every bid. Export to Excel any time.

Honest by design

It never bids a set-aside you don't hold, never invents past performance or partners, and never submits on its own.

Your data stays yours

Each company gets its own private workspace, protected at the database level. Other customers can't see your pipeline.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Straight answers about how it works.

Will it submit bids for me?

Only after you approve. Every submission, price and outgoing email waits for your OK on the dashboard. Portals that need your password or a signed certification are left for you, with exact steps.

Which bid sources does it cover?

Federal opportunities on SAM.gov and Texas state and local bids (ESBD and city, county and school portals), plus invitations emailed to you. More states are on the roadmap.

Do I need to be registered in SAM.gov?

To bid on federal work, yes: you need an active SAM.gov registration with a UEI. You can still use it for state and local bids while your registration is in progress.

How is the fit score worked out?

Up to 10 points across NAICS match, set-aside eligibility, contract value, location, time left to respond, past-performance match and likely competition. Items at 7 or above are worth drafting.

Can a consultant manage several companies?

Yes. The Agency plan gives each client company its own workspace and profile, and one login can switch between them.

Your next bid is already posted.

Set up your company profile in about five minutes and see what fits you tomorrow morning.
